What to write in
Something in a report looks wrong
Send the reference number at the bottom of the report and tell us what looks off. If the error is ours we will fix it. If it is in the public record, we will tell you which agency holds that record.
Remove a report from your records
Send the reference number or the address and we will delete the stored report and the address saved with it.
Bulk or white-label use
Inspection firms, title companies, and brokerages running volume — tell us roughly how many reports a month and what you need on them.
Everything else
Questions, press, or a county you want covered sooner.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether the water at a property is safe to drink. That takes a sample and a laboratory, and nothing in a report is a substitute for one. Your county health department can point you to a certified lab.
We cannot advise on whether to buy a property, what a well is worth, or what work it needs. A licensed well contractor or a home inspector does that work.
